aaaand MOOORE NIMONA SKETCHES! hahaha

I LOVED THE MOVIE! i might read the novel again haha (because the graphic novel its waayyyy better)

marynicolart oh these are cute I'm still undecided I think the graphic novel is a liiittle better but not too much! the small changes in the movie help it stand on its own I genuinely love both if you could not tell. This is all I will be talking about for weeks nimona art

changing from “ambrosius blows off ballister’s arm accidentally on purpose because he wanted to win so bad” to “ambrosius panics and does as he was trained in a moment of utter betrayal and senseless violence” was. so. like changing it to a deliberate. overt. act. getting it out on the open. insane. the movie made choices and they were all sexy.

anduriil fr the minor changes this movie made were SO good for the narrative best mfing book to movie adaptation I've ever seen rip to dr. blitzmeyer though she was my favorite :( sad she got the axe but EVERYTHING ELSE was phenomenal. I will not shut up about this film nimona text post

i love cishets and their somewhat ugly pride merch that lets us know they’re at least fairly safe to be around i’m serious. like genuinely being like 13 and seeing random adults at the store in black “love is love” shirts where every letter is a different pride flag and the whole thing clashes horribly was the most comforting thing.

^ type of guy id see in the local walmart age 13 who would give me the will to live for the next 5 years

boiledegghole you're so right op it's cringe and too corporate to be genuine BUT I'd rather be a marketing tool than silenced lmao though i gotta say corps using 'queer' on their merch makes me feel A Bad Way. That's our word to use only... otherwise. yeah pride merch is endearing in a disconnected way like a facebook grandma who doesn't quite understand happy pride
